There was an article recently in the New York Times about loneliness in the workplace, and it has been the catalyst for my decision to start this blog.  Why?  Because I feel incredibly isolated at my job at the Unique Financial Corporation (name changed to protect my ability to continue to pay the mortgage in a timely fashion).   I'm trying to hold on until I vest in the generous 401(k) plan, but it may not be easy.  This will be my record of what my life is like.
